The Work of Byron Katie is a way to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It is a way to find peace with yourself and with the world. Anyone with an open mind can do this Work.

I facilitate the Work a session usually runs for about an hour, we can meet in person or online on Zoom.

Some clients come with a clear goal in mind, others have a wider area of challenges which we then focus on. All are welcome, and if you would like to have an initial free-of-charge conversation about your specific issue, please feel free to contact me. 

Price
